CBD for Pets!

Not only do Pets love CBD, but they also thrive from its properties! CBD interacts with the endocannabinoid system (ECS) to produce its therapeutic effects. All mammals have an ECS that works the same way, which is why CBD works for pets and humans! So, you and your pet can both reap the benefits of CBD!

Daisey’s Dream CBD Oil Tincture for Pets

We love our pets like family members, and feel they deserve the same beneficial alternatives we use. After seeing the magic of CBD on our beloved Daisey, we were convinced that CBD can also help animals. So, we formulated an Organic Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture, that’s put into concentrations perfect for pets.

Ingredients for Pet Tinctures

Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil, Organic Full Spectrum Cannabidiol (CBD) Oil

Dosing

Our suggested starting dose is 1 mg of CBD oil per 10 lbs. of animals weight. Then you may increase dose every 3-4 days, if needed, until desired benefit is reached.

*Daisey’s Dream CBD Pet Tincture contains 5 mg of CBD per 1 milliliter (full dropper)

*Daisey’s CBD Pet Tincture Plus contains 20 mg of CBD per 1 milliliter (full dropper)

How to Administer Daisey’s Dream CBD Oil Tincture for Pets

Our CBD Tinctures come with a convenient dropper with measurements on the dropper. Once you know the dosage, pull up that dosage in the dropper, which measures in ml, then mix with your pet’s food or drop it onto their favorite treat. If your pet enjoys the taste, you can even administer a few drops directly into their mouth.

3 Things to Look for in a Quality CBD Oil for Pets

A good quality CBD oil should be made from organic hemp and should be free of pesticides and insecticides.

Extraction Method

Our method is alcohol extraction. Industry insiders have indicated that this method is more efficient at preserving the plant’s compounds and creates a resulting extract that is higher in cannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes. Similar to the other CBD quality indicators we’ve mentioned above, companies should make it apparent to customers about the type of extraction method they use.

Certificate of Analysis

A Certificate of Analysis, also referred to as a “COA” for short, is a lab report generated by a third-party laboratory.

Full Spectrum CBD

When shopping for a CBD oil, look closely at the ingredients label. Avoid CBD products made with “CBD isolate,” which is CBD that’s been chemically isolated from other compounds. As scientifically proven by Dr. Raphael Mechoulam, CBD on its own has little beneficial properties. Only a full-spectrum CBD formula, including cannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes, is capable of producing the “entourage effect” which is what makes CBD so powerful.
