Description
We always use our Organic Full Spectrum CBD Oil when making CBD edibles. Edibles, along with capsules, are considered digestibles. When CBD is taken in digestible form, the therapeutic effects last longer than when taken as a tincture. The onset of action is usually 30-60 minuets, and lasts 6-8 hours.
Dosing
Dosing CBD is very individualized. While some only need 10 mg of CBD, others may need 40 mg or more for the desired effect. The severity of the condition being treated may affect the dose and frequency of CBD taken. The typical suggested dose to start at is 10 mg, taken 1-2 times daily. Works best when taken with food or milk. Then you may increase your dose every 3-4 days, if needed, until desired effect is reached. CBD is metabolized in the liver, as are many other medications.
