Frequently asked Questions

How much CBD do I take? Dosing CBD is very individualized. While some may only need 10 mg of CBD, others may need 40 mg or more for the desired effect. Dosing greatly depends on the condition being treated, and the severity of the condition. The suggested starting dose is 10 mg, taken 1-2 times daily. Then, if needed, you may increase your dose every 3-4 days, until desired effect is reached. CBD also works best when taken consistently. CBD is metabolized in the liver, as are many other medications. When CBD is taken with other medications, they may “fight” for who gets metabolized. Therefore, it is best to take your CBD separately from other medications. The rule of thumb is if a medication your taking interacts with grapefruit or grapefruit juice, then it may interact with CBD.

Will I get High? You will not get high off our CBD products. Our oils are all at least a 20:1 ratio of CBD:THC, which means they contain less than 0.3 % THC. Actually, CBD counteracts the psychoactive effects of THC!
-
Will I fail a drug urine screen? Our CBD contains less than 0.3% THC. While this is a minute amount, THC can build up in your body and cause a failed drug test. The amount and rate at which THC gets stored in the body depends on the frequency and dosage of CBD taken.
